DealerRater Recognizes Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta with a Consumer Satisfaction Award
The dealership is among the top auto dealers in the U.S that demonstrate excellent customer service, as rated by online consumer reviews
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Roswell, GA - January 27th, 2017 Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta has been awarded a 2017 DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award, an annual recognition given to auto dealerships that deliver outstanding customer service as rated by online consumer reviews. DealerRater, the world's leading car dealer review website, created the Consumer Satisfaction Award program to let online car shoppers instantly spot dealers that provide high-quality customer service.
Consumer Satisfaction Awards are given to the top 10 percent of U.S. new-car dealers based on their PowerScoreTM, as well as top independent and Canadian dealerships that receive at least 25 annual reviews and maintain an average PowerScoreTM rating of 4.0 out of 5.0. The PowerScoreTM is determined using a Bayesian algorithm that factors the dealership's average DealerRater consumer rating and the total number of reviews written about the dealership during the 2016 calendar year.
"We'd like to congratulate Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta and all of our Consumer Satisfaction Award winners," said DealerRater CEO Gary Tucker. "DealerRater's extensive review database allows shoppers to identify dealerships that are providing excellent customer experiences, and it's clear that Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta is hitting the mark in the U.S."

The Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta heritage is one born three decades ago in 1984 when the late Ed Wettach purchased Ferrari South, his first Ferrari franchise, in Jackson, Mississippi. This made him one of a select few original factory-authorized franchise owners in North America. Later in 1994, Ed partnered with longtime car enthusiast Hugh Steward and acquired FAF Motors. Before long, Ed, Hugh and the rest of the team transformed the dealership into Ferrari Maserati Aston Martin of Atlanta where Ed remained until his passing in 2013.
In 2008, Will Campbell moved to Atlanta and was named General Manager, overseeing the daily operation of the store. Eds sons, Webb and Eddie, joined Will after their fathers passing in running Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta. Today, the three are continuing to bring forth the business principles Ed Wettach and Hugh Steward established so many years ago.
